Poksundo offers authorized partners and customers access to our technical support portal. This support portal allows you to enter your technical queries and faults and track their status until they are fully resolved.
You must be registered to use the support portal. If you are not yet registered, please proceed as follows:
1. Click on the "Contact us" link.
2. Fill out the form completely and click on "Send".
3. You will receive an email with an access link to the customer portal.
